1. Introduction and Acceptance 

Access to and use of our website www.premiereonline.com.mx, as well as booking accommodations in our facilities, implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must refrain from using this site or contracting our services. 

2. Rates 

• All published rates are per room, per night, and include applicable taxes. 
• Promotions and discounts apply only to reservations made through our official website. 
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice. 
• All rates are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). Our website may provide an estimated conversion to your local currency for informational purposes only. The final charge will be processed in USD, and the amount in your local currency may vary depending on the exchange rate and your financial institution’s policies at the time of the transaction. 

3. Guest Registration 

• Villa Premiere is an adults-only hotel (+18 years old). 
• All guests must register on the official registration card upon arrival, presenting valid government-issued identification. 
• By registering, the guest accepts the conditions of stay and agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions. 
• Reservations and registrations under the name of minors are not accepted. 

4. Check-in and Check-out 

• Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. 
• Check-out time: 12:00 p.m. 
• A grace period of 60 minutes is granted. Beyond this time, an additional night’s charge may apply. 
• Guests arriving between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. will be charged from the previous night. 
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges (please consult reception). 

5. Reservations 

• Reservations can be made online, via call center, or directly at the hotel. 
• A deposit guarantee is required according to the policy in effect at the time of booking. 
• At check-in, guests must present the same credit card used for the reservation along with valid photo identification. 
• Fraudulent or falsified reservations will not be accepted. 

6. Cancellation and No-Show Policies 

• Cancellations made within the timeframe specified in the booking policy will not incur penalties. 
• Late cancellations or failure to arrive (no-show) will incur charges in accordance with the season and the rate booked. 
• During peak seasons and special dates (Christmas, New Year’s, Easter) stricter cancellation policies apply, which will be communicated at the time of booking. 

7. Minimum Stay 

Depending on the season, the hotel may require a minimum number of nights per stay. 

8. Occupancy 

• Villa Premiere is an adults-only hotel (+18 years old); minors are not permitted under any circumstances. 
• An additional charge may apply for extra guests, provided the room capacity allows it. 

9. Payment Methods 

• Accepted credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 
• Cash payments in Mexican pesos (MXN) are accepted at reception. 
• For cash payments, a credit card will be required as a guarantee for incidental charges. 

10. Hotel Liability 

• Villa Premiere is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of belongings not placed in the in-room safe. 
• Digital safes are provided in all rooms. 
• Pets are not allowed. 

11. Guest Conduct 

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests and hotel staff. 
• The following are strictly prohibited: 
  • Disturbing the peace or causing discomfort to other guests. 
  • Excessive noise or playing loud music. 
  • Using personal speakers or music devices in public areas, pool, beach, hallways, or rooms. 
  • Bringing in musicians or hosting unauthorized performances. 
  • Gambling or engaging in illicit activities. 
  • Consuming prohibited substances. 
• Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to hotel facilities, furniture, or equipment. 
• In case of loss of the room key or key card, a replacement charge will apply as established by reception. 
• The hotel reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund in cases of offensive or violent behavior, property damage, or violation of these terms. 

12. Payment Default 

In case of non-payment by the guest, action will be taken in accordance with Article 2331 of the Civil Code of the State of Jalisco. 

13. Anti-Smoking Law 

In compliance with the General Law for Tobacco Control, smoking is prohibited in hotel rooms and enclosed areas. 

• In case of violation, the hotel may apply a charge of USD $100 for special cleaning of the room. 

14. National Code of Conduct 

Villa Premiere is committed to the National Code of Conduct for the Protection of Children and Adolescents in the Travel and Tourism Sector.

As an adults-only property, we reinforce our zero-tolerance policy against any activity that threatens the integrity of minors, which will be reported immediately to the competent authorities. 

15. Website Use 

• The website may only be used for legitimate reservations. 
• Use for illegal purposes, unauthorized commercial activities, or fraudulent bookings is strictly prohibited. 

16. Intellectual Property 

The design, content, photographs, and materials of this website are the property of Hotel Marena S.A. de C.V. (Villa Premiere Boutique Hotel & Romantic Getaway) and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
