A 10-course journey with wine pairing included. Each dish celebrates a region or technique of Mexican cuisine, from Rib Eye esquites to Wagyu gaonera tacos, served in the romantic, oceanfront setting that defines Villa Premiere.
Is the event exclusive to hotel guests?
No. The event is open to the public, though early reservations are strongly recommended given the intimate format and limited seating available per session.
