Thank you so much for having such a great boutique hotel in Puerto Vallarta. This was our second time staying at your hotel and once
again, we were not disappointed. We had an even better time this stay and we were very sad to leave.
The accommodations were excellent and
the staff as always very courteous and friendly. We spent most of our
vacation lounging by the pool and we met some wonderful vacationers and
everyone was in agreement that your hotel is the best we have stayed in by far.
Special thanks to Omar, Carlos, Ismael, Xavier and Eddie for remembering us and making our stay one that we won't forget.

Dear Villa Premiere Staff,
We recently stayed at your hotel and spa, and it was the best experience we have had! It is so hard to name all of the wonderful things about your hotel! The staff is so friendly and helpful, and they made some wonderful recommendations about food and entertainment.
We loved having such a luxurious resort, while being so close to the downtown area. The spa is first-rate, and the restaurants are fabulous!
The view from the room was the best part, and we spent most of our time there or by the fabulous pool. I cannot thank you enough for the excellent treatment and once in a lifetime experience we had in Puerto Vallarta.

Hello,
We have been back from our vacation about a month now and I needed to tell someone about it.
Our names are Pete and Robin Ispisua, room 2701, we were at you property from 4-24-08 thru 4-30-08.
We had the time of our lives, and can not say enough about it. From all of your staff, the room, the food---oh the food was the best in all of our travels, and the property was beautiful. I researched for quit some time to find the perfect spot and I found it at the Villa Premiere.
I just wanted to drop a line and let someone know what a treasure you have and the staff could not have been better. We are already planning another trip to see you in Oct-Nov. of this year.
Now there is one more thing, I do not know if I am going to be able to wait that long for your shrimp burritos. The best ever. Now if you would like to share the recipe with me, that would be great. PLEASE!!
Looking forward to October, it will be our 19 wedding anniversary. Hoping for the same room, that was really a treat, having the spa on the deck.
Well, thanks for listening to me rattle on and on.

We have just returned from your hotel and we cannot say enough wonderful things about your staff, service, food, food presentation, and rooms. We had requested in advance a dinner on the beach for our anniversary and it was exceptional. We would personally like to thank Ceci (concierge) and Sergio (our waiter) for a most memorable anniversary dinner. Also, the chef must be commended for the great food presentation and taste. Please be very proud of the people that work at your hotel – they truly do "exceed expectations".

I am writing to thank you for the wonderful holiday we had at your resort last November. We particularly enjoyed the very high quality of service provided by your staff and the beautifully prepared food. I would particularly like to advise you that Carlos, who was often our waiter, was exceptional. He clearly provides leadership to all the staff and at the same time attentive (but not suffocating) service to the guests. This, together with your new menu and the beautiful presentation of meals by your chefs, resulted in a great stay at your hotel. Carlos and your chefs made it for us.

Our family made our first trip to Mexico (from Kansas City area) the year before last. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Premiere so much and look forward to a return visit.
The web cam is a great marketing idea because it reminds us of how much we enjoyed our visit and how much we want to return.

Hi Sasa.
I am so glad you received my e-mail so now we could communicate.
First of all I want to tell you that you run a first class operation. I can not tell you enough about all the good things that we have found. The staff was the most friendly I have ever encounter in all my days of travel, they could not do enough for you no matter what is was ( I think that you threaten them with the death penalty if they are not friendly - only kidding) including the Concierge who got me the most wonderful children's books on her time. The housekeeping was meticulous including the wonderful designs done with the towels. I can not find any faults.
Also the Bosses had need of a doctor for Bill who had some foot problem and the were very pleased. The doctor also called the following day to find out how Bill was doing. They said to be sure to tell you about it.
The Restaurant Manager Mr. Juan Jose (we called him J.J.) also went out of his way to please us and made sure everything went well and did a good job on David's birthday party.
So, you have to be very proud of yourself for running such a good operation and you are doing a wonderful job.
Don't forget you have a standing invitation to come visit us when you go to Toronto or any other time for that matter.
I forgot to tell you, I had a wonderful sent off. I went to say "Goodbye" to the staff at the outdoor restaurant and everybody came around me even the harp player who played a song. Needless to say it was great!!!!!!!!!!

Good Afternoon Sasa:
On behalf of all my guests, Ron and I would like to personally thank you for all the consideration, attention to detail and hospitality that you and your staff at the Villa Premiere Hotel & Spa showed to all during our recent stay at the Hotel. Ron and I very much appreciated your making Grey Goose Vodka available at all the bars. Also, it was wonderful having the new Sony T.V. and DVD player in our Suite.
The new furnishings, bed covers and pillow options were recognized and enjoyed by everyone. The wait service in the restaurants as well as poolside was a great improvement from previous years. The Concierge Desk was very attentive to all our individual requests and reservations. It has been a pleasure to return to The Villa Premiere for the past 4 years to Celebrate my Birthday with all my friends from various parts of the United States. We all look for to this Fiesta every November. Ron and I always look forward to seeing the same familiar faces of your staff from the different departments.
The wedding and reception for Doug and Samantha LeBlanc that was held on the beach of the Villa Premiere was beautiful. The Lobster dinner was fantastic. The sunset that evening was incredible. I believe that another Wedding is in the making for next year. Which brings me to the discussion of my Guest List and Accommodations for 2007. I met with Ana Diaz the day before I left the Villa Premiere. She has my guest list with their individual request for Suite Accommodations. The list that Ana has are all repeated quests from this year. I know that there will be more guests added to this list next year. It is most important to me and Ron that we are assured to have our same Master Suite #2701 as well as the connecting Suite #2702. Ron and I will be arriving again next year on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov.22nd. and Departing Dec. 6th. This year we stayed 12 days and next year plan to stay 14 days. At this time I will not forward the guest list to you. I will finish compiling the information and e-mail Ana Diaz and you sometime shortly after Jan. 1st.

We just returned home from our almost week long stay at your hotel.. we loved it.. so nice and relaxing.. and the staff was excellent.. everyone was so helpful and accomodating.. I did just have one question... we took advantage of the service you provide.. with the special pillows.. I believe I got the therapuetic one.. it was the best pillow I have used.. We did not fill out the response card before our departure.
We must, before time slips away, express our delight when we checked into your beautiful hotel. We usually stay at Punta de Mita Four Seasons, and your hotel was comparable in decor and service. We chose your hotel because we wanted to be closer to the heart of P.V. this trip.
We are very finnicky hotel guests. Everything was perfect!! Loved the Master Suite! Very thoughtful Anniversary cheese plate. Impressive! Concierge "Laura" was very hospitable, professional and friendly.
Other notable staff at your hotel, Omar, great!! All the way around. "Rogelio" seemed to appear every time we were in need of anything. Thank you, Rogelio!
"Lisandro", so friendly, helpful and personable. The maid service in our room, 2201 was far better than the Four Seasons. Excellent!! Therapists in the Spa were great!!
Thank you for your Great! Hotel.
