We just got back from spending 4 days at your hotel. I have to say, we have traveled alot, and we have never been treated as well as we were treated at the Villa Premier. Everyone was wonderful!! The restaurants were amazing!!!!

I wanted to take a few minutes to express our appreciation for your hospitality. My associate Alexandra and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Villa Premiere, and were blessed with great weather during the week of October 10th - 17th.
The Villa Premiere is a beautifully appointed and elegant resort, offering a wonderful ambiance for your guests. The extra touches your guests enjoy beginning at check-in with the neck massage, pillow menu and in-room fragrance selections, are luxurious features that make your resort both unique and memorable. The rooms were equally luxurious and we thoroughly enjoyed all of the features, including the daily fragrance refresher.
All of the Villa Premiere staff provided friendly, courteous and exceptional service during our entire stay. The cuisine and menu offerings in all of the restaurants were excellent, as was the service. We especially appreciated and enjoyed the services of our favorite pool bartenders - Jorge and Jorge Eduardo, who were both friendly and attentive to all guests as they were being served.
We look forward to continuing our wonderful business relationship with Villa Premiere Hotel and Spa, and promote your resort as an elegant and incomparable vacation experience. My most sincere thanks to you and your wonderful staff for taking such good care of us.

Everything was just perfect..the service, the meals, house keeping, front desk, our room, the welcome treats, ……. I could go on and on!
The property is very well kept. It is very impressive that everything looks updated, clean and neat! Each year when we return the property looks freshly painted and all the linens always look new.

We were pleasantly surprised to find Francisco still working here. He made us feel welcome and we enjoyed the conversations with him at breakfast and lunch.
He is a great representative of your staff and he made our experience here most memorable.
We also want to acknowledge Omar (at the bar), it was a quiet week at Villa Premiere and it was nice to chat with him during our after dinner drinks.

I just want to say how much I enjoyed your resort the last 2 years in a row. I have been there the first week of December and spend the entire year waiting to return. I have traveled to many areas in Mexico and have stayed at many resorts. Your resort is by far the best. Your staff, from the house keepers to the pool waiters, treat us like royalty. This last stay we met a lady named Charlie from Canada. We are planning to meet again in December. I am also planning to have my wedding at the hotel in December of 2010. Jim and I would like to thank you for a most wonderful stay at your hotel. Our third visit to your hotel was October, 2008. As with the other stays, everything was perfect. Some of the staff remembered us from previous visits! We were very surprised.
Over the last three years we have noticed that everything is better each year. How can that be when the food, accommodations, and staff are excellent? The food is outstanding and beautifully presented, the room was very nice, and last, but not least, the outstanding staff. A special thanks goes to all of your staff. Spa, concierge, front desk, bell men, wait staff, chefs, house cleaning. Every person we came in contact with was polite and genuinely glad to help us. Your staff is your hotel.
Again, thank you for such a nice vacation in such a beautiful country. We shall return. Muchas gracias.

I just wanted to write and let you know what a wonderful time we had at your hotel. We recently stayed there for a 5 day vacation and were very sad to leave.
All of the staff was great (especially Carlos the Head Waiter) and was very attentive to your needs.
The restaurant menus were superb as well and the pool area was so relaxing..
I loved the animal shaped towels too....so cute!
I would definitely recommend this hotel to any friends visiting Puerto Vallarta!

Thank you so much for having such a great boutique hotel in Puerto Vallarta. This was our second time staying at your hotel and once again, we were not disappointed. We had an even better time this stay and we were very sad to leave.
The accommodations were excellent and the staff as always very courteous and friendly. We spent most of our vacation lounging by the pool and we met some wonderful vacationers and everyone was in agreement that your hotel is the best we have stayed in by far.

We recently stayed at your hotel and spa, and it was the best experience we have had! It is so hard to name all of the wonderful things about your hotel! The staff is so friendly and helpful, and they made some wonderful recommendations about food and entertainment.
We loved having such a luxurious resort, while being so close to the downtown area. The spa is first-rate, and the restaurants are fabulous!
The view from the room was the best part, and we spent most of our time there or by the fabulous pool. I cannot thank you enough for the excellent treatment and once in a lifetime experience we had in Puerto Vallarta.

Hello,
We have been back from our vacation about a month now and I needed to tell someone about it.
Our names are Pete and Robin Ispisua, room 2701, we were at you property from 4-24-08 thru 4-30-08.
We had the time of our lives, and can not say enough about it. From all of your staff, the room, the food---oh the food was the best in all of our travels, and the property was beautiful. I researched for quit some time to find the perfect spot and I found it at the Villa Premiere.
I just wanted to drop a line and let someone know what a treasure you have and the staff could not have been better. We are already planning another trip to see you in Oct-Nov. of this year.
Now there is one more thing, I do not know if I am going to be able to wait that long for your shrimp burritos. The best ever. Now if you would like to share the recipe with me, that would be great. PLEASE!!
Looking forward to October, it will be our 19 wedding anniversary. Hoping for the same room, that was really a treat, having the spa on the deck.

We have just returned from your hotel and we cannot say enough wonderful things about your staff, service, food, food presentation, and rooms. We had requested in advance a dinner on the beach for our anniversary and it was exceptional. We would personally like to thank Ceci (concierge) and Sergio (our waiter) for a most memorable anniversary dinner. Also, the chef must be commended for the great food presentation and taste.
